Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the FitJudge mobile application (the "Service") operated by KombinX ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription or per-credit basis ("Purchase(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). All payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store. We do not store your financial details.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

2. Content

Our Service allows you to upload photos formatted as "outfits" for analysis. You are responsible for the photos you upload. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service solely for the purpose of providing the analysis.

3. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FitJudge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Lütfen KombinX tarafından işletilen FitJudge mobil uygulamasını ("Hizmet") kullanmadan önce bu Şartlar ve Koşulları ("Şartlar") dikkatlice okuyun.

1. Abonelikler ve Satın Alımlar

Hizmetin bazı bölümleri abonelik veya kredi usulü ücretlendirilir ("Satın Alma"). Ödemeler Apple App Store üzerinden güvenli bir şekilde işlenir. Finansal bilgilerinizi saklamıyoruz.

Otomatik yenileme, cari dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadığı sürece abonelikler otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Hesabınızdan, cari dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde yenileme ücreti alınır.
Aboneliklerinizi satın alma işleminden sonra App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz.

2. İçerik

Hizmetimiz analiz için "kombin" formatında fotoğraflar yüklemenize izin verir. Yüklediğiniz fotoğraflardan siz sorumlusunuz. İçeriğinizdeki tüm mülkiyet haklarını saklı tutarsınız. İçerik yükleyerek, yalnızca analiz sağlama amacıyla içeriği Hizmet üzerinde ve Hizmet aracılığıyla kullanma, değiştirme, gerçekleştirme, görüntüleme, çoğaltma ve dağıtma lisansı vermiş olursunuz.

3. Fesih

Şartları ihlal etmeniz durumu dahil ancak bununla sınırlı olmamak üzere, herhangi bir nedenle önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın veya sorumluluk üstlenmeksizin hesabınızı derhal askıya alabilir veya feshedebiliriz.

4. Sorumluluk Sınırı

FitJudge, yöneticileri, çalışanları, ortakları, acenteleri, tedarikçileri veya iştirakleri, Hizmete erişiminizden veya Hizmeti kullanımınızdan veya erişememenizden kaynaklanan kâr, veri, kullanım, iyi niyet kaybı veya diğer maddi olmayan kayıplar dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere hiçbir dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

5. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu Şartlar, kanunlar ihtilafı hükümlerine bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına göre yönetilecek ve yorumlanacaktır.
